The Tuesday Club was established in 1972 by a group of ladies from the village.
We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month where we have a speaker, a cup of tea and time together.
We share an outing in June and a meal in December.

SESSAY TUESDAY CLUB PROGRAMME, JULY TO DECEMBER 2018
A goodly number of folk meet and get together on the second Tuesday of each month in the bar at the Village Hall at 2 pm. Everyone who is lucky enough to be free at that time is very welcome. Each month there is a Speaker on a variety of topics. Subject matter has ranged from flying V-bombers in the Cold War to looking at wonderful photographs of countries across the world. Brian (Flintoff) gives us all an opportunity to broaden our minds and somehow always comes up with a fascinating mix of guest speakers. Meetings always conclude (of course) with tea or coffee and biscuits.
In the summer we have a half-day coach outing. Destinations have included the Dales, the Coast and last year a very interesting look around Richard Fuller's Art Gallery at Thixendale.
There is no membership fee. We have a raffle at each meeting and two coffee mornings per year which enable us to pay our way !
This is the programme for the first half of 2014 - please come along to any meeting which takes your fancy !
